The position is opened at a leading Russian food manufacturer.
Requirements:
• Industry specific experience and proven career record of 10+ years
• Experience with Meyn slaughtering machinery will be a plus
• Experience with processing equipment in the cut-up area (drumsticks, fillet, wings, viscera, marinated and value-added products)
• Experience in developing new products in consumer and retail packaging
• Experience and pace with demanding retail market in finding best solutions for packaging (film, tray, label, etc.)
Responsibilities:
• Recommendations and guidance on poultry growing side of business, as well as on slaughtering & processing
• Development and execution plan to increase production results and production efficiency
• Development and execution plant to optimize fixed costs
• Development and execution plant of product portfolio including value-added products
• Brining OEE lines up to parameters specified in the contracts from the producer Minimizing different types of losses at the consumer packaging section
Audit results:
• Measurable action plan in the form “Before – After” proven by numbers
• Measurable cost reduction plan
• New product portfolio and launch plan (in coordination with Sales Department)
Terms:
• Working at a state-of-the-art slaughtering and processing facility
• 4 weeks presence on site, 1 week off site.
