Our client, vessel management company is looking for Commercial director to join its team.

Requirements:
• Work experience in oil products shipping/transportation/tankers 10+ years
• Experience as a leader of commercial function in oil shipping 5+ years
• Professional education
• Russian and English languages are required

Responsibilities:
• Several ships under management, control of cargo, passing of vessel to traders, control of time charters.
• Contract management: Conclusion and management of transportation contracts, including interaction with clients and partners.
• Business Development: Responsible for strategies to attract new customers, conclude long-term agreements and increase traffic volumes.
• Pricing: Determination and management of pricing policy, taking into account market trends and the competitive environment.
• Market Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing global markets, forecasting trends and taking action to adapt to changes.
• Risk management: Assessment and management of financial, operational and legal risks in the transportation sector.
• Interaction with clients: Maintaining relationships with key clients, resolving emerging issues and providing a high level of service.
• Cooperation with departments: Interaction with logistics departments, technical and financial services to ensure effective work.
• Compliance with Standards and Legislation: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legal standards.
