Electrical Engineer (Commissioning & Start-up Department)

Requirements:
The Electrical Lead must meet the following requirements
At least five (05) years of working experience in engineering or site construction or Pre-commissioning and Commissioning works;
At least one (01) project working experience in Electrical Pre-commissioning and commissioning;
Very fluent in English, in both oral and writing;
Good skills in coordination and communication.

Responsibilities:
Acquaint himself with design documents, Project Contract, project Subcontracts, Russia Federal Laws and Regulations, and also the statuary requirements related to Pre-commissioning;
Coordinate with GC and Construction Subcontractor’s Electrical engineers for the pre-commissioning related issues;
Participate in the Factory acceptance test on the critical Electrical Equipment/System;
Organize and coordinate the site Test on Electrical System/Equipment;
Assist and supervise the pre-commissioning technician’s daily work;
Assist the daily work of Electrical lead;
Work with the MC Manager, and develop the ITR matrix for each of the tags in each of the turnover system/Subsystem;
Participate in the job safety analysis meeting, and ensure the safety of the pre-commissioning activities;
Interface management and coordination with other disciplines;
Punch list management, including the walk-downs and the monitoring and notification of the liquidation;
Assist the Mechanical completion coordinators for the signature of the ITRs;
Study the vendor documents and ensure the site pre-commissioning activities are in line with the vendor documents;
Pre-commissioning quality check and quality verification in line with the procedures, and sign on the related ITRs;
Participate in the site safety analysis meetings for high-risk pre-commissioning activities;
Issuing of the PTW and LOTO for approval, during the SIMOPS management;
Acting as Electrical Lead during his/her absence.

Conditions:
Salary + compensation 130 000 rubles / month (clean hands) + 40 000 rubles / month compensation for the removal of housing. Overtime on weekdays is added to the vacation, work on weekends is paid twice.

Work schedule: five-day working week
Irregular working hours
Annual leave of 40 calendar days.
